James was born with dyslexia and as such was never able to read and comprehend written material beyond a third-grade level. Returning home safely, he married his high school sweetheart, Alecia Niederhauser, from a staunch LDS family, and raised five successful children. He parlayed his shaky family business in Houston into a progressive, successful corporation and became a respected member of the LDS faith where he held many prominent leadership positions. Read more
